We believe foot care should be simple and transparent. Our appointments include a full assessment and treatment tailored to your needs.

Initial Appointment – £40

Your first visit includes:

  • A full foot and nail assessment

  • Discussion of your symptoms and goals

  • Treatment on the day where appropriate

  • Personalised aftercare advice

Follow-Up Appointment – £40

Follow-up visits include:

  • Review of progress and symptoms

  • Ongoing treatment as needed

  • Updated aftercare advice and prevention tips

  • We cover Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth, Newent, Ledbury, Hereford and the Forest of Dean. If you're unsure whether we can reach your area, please contact us to ask.

  • Please fill out the forms sent to you via email before your appointment. If you unable to do this dont panic, we’ll complete them during your first consultation. Please remove any nail polish before you arrive.

  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel your appointment. Contact us to change or reschedule.

  • Your appintment will take between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Please allow time in your day for this.

  • We are able to accept cash or card payments at your consultation

  • Yes! at Stepwell footcare we are trained to clip toenails for people with diabetes, following strict protocols to protect fragile skin and reduce infection risk. We cover vascular and neurological assessment, safe clipping, recognising fungal infections and reffering to Podiatrists or GPs when necessary . Hygiene, sterile instruments and clear records are always a number one priority

  • StepWell Footcare is fully insured, providing you with professional protection and confidence in every treatment delivered. DBS checked, stepwell footcare ensure safety and trustworthiness when working with clients of all ages and needs.

  • Appointment frequency varies depending on the individual and the specific foot condition. Most clients will require maintenance appointments every 6–8 weeks
